Martial Arts Classes

Childrens classes run everyday except Friday's
4:30pm - 5:30pm
5:40pm - 6:40pm

Adult classes run everyday except Friday's
6:50pm - 7:50pm

Evening adult classes run from Monday to Thursday
8:00pm - 9:00pm
9:10pm - 10:10pm

Kigong Classes

Classes run on Monday's and Wednesday's
12:00pm - 1:30pm

Classes also run on Saturday's and Sunday's
3:00pm - 4:00pm

Gradings

  • We have 6 promotional tests a year (one every two months) and a total of 8 grades to reach black belt
  • It normally takes 14 months for people who are training more than 5 times a week to get a black belt.

Attendance, hard training and technique are considered at promotional test. There is a 24 month course for people training 3 times a week to get a black belt.
